Terms And Conditions

1. All children must be supervised with an adult over the age of 18.

2. Children must sanitise their hands before entering the play area.

3.Shoes should be removed before entering the play area and socks MUST be worn at all times.

4. Play is restricted to 90 minutes therefore we ask you to leave so we can prepare for the next session.

5. No food, drink or chewing gym are permitted in the play area.

6. Children who are unwell should not enter the play area.

7. Fighting arguing or bullying will not be tolerated. Any guilty parties will be asked to leave.

8. Parents/guardians are responsible for the supervision of their children.

9. Please ensure any split food or drink is picked up and placed in the bin and that any excess spillage is reported to a staff member.

10. Please ensure any injuries are reported to a staff member to help prevent any future recurrences.

11. Many of our smaller toys may be a chocking hazard so please ensure any younger kids are supervised in the play area.

12. All property is your responsibility and we will not accept any liability for any lost or stolen items.

13. When taking photographs please ensure it is only your child in the photo.

14. With the exception of baby food , you are not permitted to bring your own food or drink into the cafe area. Anyone seen to do this will be asked to put their food away and if they refuse to do so will be asked to leave.

15. Bookings are non refundable and if you canot make the booking contact us 24 hours before session and we will do our best to reschedule you. Any shorter notice will result in you losing your session.
